Smart Beverage Challenge:
Along with October’s 30 minutes of physical activity, November’s 5 fruits and/or vegetables, December’s and January’s Enjoy the Ride Challenge doing an activity which the student chooses such as: working on a hobby, playing a sport, playing an instrument, reading a book, or watching a movie or favorite TV show and concentrating on being happy, this month we are adding the Smart Beverage Challenge. The students this month should not drink any sugar drinks for 5 days a week (or for 22 days in the month). Thanks so much for your participation! Please record the student’s initials on the February Firelight/Healthy Lifestyle Challenge attached calendar. Turn in the calendar at the end of the month.
